And if you look at the map view that is an awkward corner shared driveway so limited parking in front of the garage and lots of potential for driveway disputes.

Possibly but it offers no shade to the first floor windows at all and it's Greater Manchester where we need more umbrellas than parasols!

Goodness, I like it. More appealing than a grey box. Bathroom reminds me of the one we had, previous owners wallpapered over so only found the fibreglass panels during a refurb. 

We had a lot of that style wallpaper under the wood chip in our current place too.

I did a bit of work there when it was being refurbished, looking amazing now!
