It is a spare in the rear porch (utility room).Property is "cash buyer only", so I wonder what is wrong with it.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

I might be reading the floor plan wrongly but where is the "double extension" and what is holding up Bedroom 2?0 -
I presume they're calling the kitchen and bedroom 2 an extension (though I suspect they're actually original, like every other house in the terrace), and I think they've made a mess of their measurements, so upstairs is in fact fully supported by the kitchen. Street View doesn't suggest anything odd going on: https://goo.gl/maps/AacrTXcJmeR6btkK8thegreenone said:FreeBear said:Boat_to_Bolivia said:

Not even obscure glass. Looking on street view, it seems if you went down the main road on a double decker you would have a grandstand view.annabanana82 said:0 -
I feel Bilbo should have sorted that roof out first https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/1301640924

What a weird set up - looks like they're camping in a barely-converted garage. Why have they got two kitchens, but no separate sitting space? And all the exposed breezeblocks and stainless steel trunking give off prison chic. Couldn't be less like a hobbit cottage if it tried!Dandie89 said:I feel Bilbo should have sorted that roof out first https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/1301640922 -
Why do they need an outside toilet? Surely putting a WC in the massive utility room and use the outside space as a garden store, would be more sensible?Dandie89 said:I feel Bilbo should have sorted that roof out first https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/130164092
I like the idea but not homely enough for me.0 -
And it's also an example of a bathroom with an en-suite bathroom. The fundamental flaw in the design, which is apparent from the plans, is that windows can only be placed in one exterior wall - the front. That means all the bedrooms, the living room and to some extent the kitchen must all abut said front wall and the other three walls become useless. The result, as one can see, is that the principal rooms are all clamouring for space whilst the sides and back of the building become ignored, half empty voids. There are a couple of rooms back there, the other bathroom and the utility room !!!!!! kitchen, which are essentially useless and there is also the utterly bonkers 'outside' toilet. It is, in effect, a big building which is only suitable for containing a small house. I like it for some reason, however.hedgewitchery said:

A possible solution would be to redesign it as the 'small' house that it can only really be, but again that would lead to compromises. I really don't know what I'd do with it.
