Not sure the wet room look across the entire ground floor works too well. Might be an advantage if the area is prone to regular flooding though.[Deleted User] said:Another one where it's clearly been converted to have an extra bedroom because the kid can't afford to move out.

The bottle of Mr. Muscle sink unblocker suggests that the plumbing isn't so great. By the way, it doesn't even work, get some caustic soda.
Not sure what the teapot is for either, looks like it's about to fall off. Nelly pot maybe.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?6 -
It says on the description that the extension was done for the vendor’s disabled son. It’s clearly designed with accessibility in mind too.FreeBear said:

Nelly pot maybe.I’m definitely investing in an electronic bidet attachment in my en-suite once my new house is ready, you barely need any TP - it’s better for the environment, much more hygienic and also cleans more thoroughly in my experience!2 -

This is the type pf property I like most, because they look so bad, but take all that stuff out that people cant see past and you find that there is a perfectly good house with decent room sizes hiding in plain sight! And they are usually undervalued.ProDave said:The estate agent never suggested de cluttering then.5
