I was thinking the same thing! Why install the island when there's no need and going to decrease the buyers interested in this.ProDave said:Sunsaru said:
Yep, lets put a kitchen island into a room that is not big enough for an island, so now there is no space for a table to use it as a kitchen / diner.

Yep- that island would have to sink beneath the waves pronto.... in general, a very 'Homes under the Hammer' style flip however isn't it? Just needs some LED lighted twigs in a vase and a set of those 'EAT' 'SLEEP' wooden signs....

I could be quite nostalgic for those twigs in vases: we used to see them so often but do not recall any recently (or perhaps I'm just inured to the sight so they are no longer "visible").Skiddaw1 said:briskbeats said:

Small world, that was my late aunty Gwen's house, I thought it had already been demolished. I spent every Boxing Day there as a child.FreeBear said:... And for something a little cheaper... https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/110070842#/May require some work.
It had the steepest staircase I've ever come across, and the bathroom and bedroom both opened onto the stairs so there was quite a drop at one side of the door frame!17 -
