I quite like the bathroom! And the plain wall paper.kipsterno1 said:Would you keep this bathroom suite?
The house looks solid and in reasonable condition but the suspended ceilings and bathroom take me back.0 -
There have been a few properties with this dreary grey scheme and kids live in them. Even the poor kids have to adopt to the dreary scheme - like this one. That's torture imo. Let them have colour in their lives.Louise.H said:

I like that garden - it's really private. One of my struggles when house hunting was finding something that wasn't overlooked on all sides, so that would have been ideal for me (the actual house, not so much)GaleSF63 said:Private enclosed garden or prison yard?

I know it's supposed to be a seller's market but you would expect at least some small effort:

4 bedroom detached house for sale in Neptune Way, Mansfield, NG18 (rightmove.co.uk)No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Not too dissimilar to our garden. We have our garage down one side and then a large 2.4m high boundary wall along the side and bottom of the garden. We absolutely love it. It is a sun trap in the morning and extremely private with no over looking at all.GaleSF63 said:Private enclosed garden or prison yard?

In fact looking at it I believe it is the same developers as that property.0 -
Nice adaption to make the sofa work with the step.
And a strange half floating mattress.

Early on there were employers putting up similar arrangements in open plan offices (pre lockdown) .. Odd for a home office but I suppose they might do it if there's someone who comes in from outside to work there.
Or it could be that they share the room but have very different is as about the temperature, and it's there for warmth. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)1
