I think this probably belongs to one of those couples who want to live like everything stopped in1953 (or earlier). So they will purposely decorate, fit out and furnish with period items. The garage will most likely house a 1936 Morris 10 (or similar)RedFraggle said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/106658414#/
Apologies if already posted. I've not checked but wow!If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1 -
I'm shuddering at the amount of work and money the removal process is going to cost them though.RedFraggle said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/106658414#/

I love the fireplace in pic 13 (but not the ornament placed in front of it) and think pic 18 unusually clever of the EA. Interesting that the kitchen is so difficult to cook in too, as it has so little preparation area, so no mise en place for them.0 -
I doubt the flooring is original based on my knowledge of houses in that part of the city but it's certainly beautifulSallyDucati said:
There is an amazing house under some of that stuff! Wonder if the parquet flooring is original.RedFraggle said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/106658414#/

The worst for me is clothes washing. The owners/tenants knew a few days beforehand when the EA was coming to take photos for their property's listing. So why do some still do a wash load or two, hang washing on the line or on an airer before the EA comes?NatNat77 said:Why oh why don't people just declutter at least a little bit before photos1
