Not a full set of modern conveniences (in fact no convenience of any type) as "electricity on site however mains water and drainage would be required and is available nearby"
I suspect that's only up for sale at the moment because it's next door to the village hall and the village is discussing building a new one - that would be a nice small space for them to expand into. They're considering buying the public toilets on the other side as well from the council.
