Some providers may not allow a mortgage as toilet is outside. If the grade 2 planning orders allow this, easiest solution is to make the sitting room into a family bathroom - blocking the door from living room to sitting room (or keep the door and have it locked/blocked). Then upstairs, make a little corridor just off bedroom 2 so bedroom 3 has its own accessOxon said:
