I’d happily live NEXT to a graveyard but having a dead body in the back garden is way too much. Would there be a gravestone? Would the relations want to visit and leave flowers? Has the late owner been buried deep enough by a proper gravedigger? 

Or is he clumsily left under a filled in pond, wrapped in a Bag For Life?

I'd be more concerned that the new owner will be woken at midnight to the sound of clanking chains and a disembodied voice wailing 'Yoooouuuu ripped up the carpet in the bedrooooooooom.  Put it back.  Put it back or I will haunt yooooooooouuu foooooreverrrrrrrrrrr.'

I didn't even think such a thing was possible!  No way would I want that, they'll be lucky to get a buyer.
