The estate agent really went to town with the description for this one. I particularly liked “Fabulous roof top views like Mary Poppins seeing far into the countryside.”
    What a lovely house...

I do agree with the above though, the kitchen island does look incomplete...
Lovely house, lousy location in a city centre with no outside space no parking etc etc

Harleston is a very small Norfolk country town close to the Suffolk border
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Can't work out whether this one is currently inhabited or not.
Probably by creatures with 4, 6 or 8 legs

I don't know why, but there is something completely odd about this place. Does not seem like a home
I agree. The almost empty reception room, the strange mix of furniture in the lounge that doesn’t match the rest of the house, the sofa in front of the bath....  with so many rooms (two with full size dining tables) why would you need a smaller dining table on the landing?
Makes me think of a Bijoux Hotel rather than a home.

Why? What's missing? Isn't the space/gap just storage for the stool?
Its not finished off to be on view . I thnk it possibly should have a pull out bin.

I can’t quite put my finger on it but the island just doesn’t flow right to my eye. It’s most likely my personal taste in what I expect from a kitchen island that doesn’t match up.

It’s a venue. The old post office, Harleston. https://www.toponorfolk.co.uk/

It has a nice Facebook page.

Looks more like a gap for an appliance of some description, dishwasher maybe. It's also missing the kickboards which definitely makes it look incomplete.

The placing of the no entry sign and the bench does rather spoil the frontage.

    The facade paint is questionable.
The wallpapers! Each one is ghastlier than the other.
And the carpet in the living room?
The huge squirrel in the garden! (I took quite some time to arrive at the squirrel conclusion. This could be one of the inkblot tests)
    I have questions.
I was thinking the kitchen looked strangely normal until i noticed all the junk on the hob.
