I heard of people sticking their trees and decs very early this year. I remember two of my friends talking about this. One of them put up their decs about now. The conversation was in early Dec and she was sick seeing the tree etc.JIL said:A bit early for the Christmas decs?

As another poster said some people are putting them up early due to the virus. You don't need to stick your Xmas decs that early. Watching your favourite comedy series boxset and other feel good movies cheers you up.
Back to the house - too many photos on the sideboard (pic 5) - nightmare to dust!0 -
As soon as I saw the property, I knew it was in Sheffield as the city has many properties like this. Does anyone know the name given to this style?RelievedSheff said:Someone got a bit carried away with the "interior design"

Don't know the name given to them but we used to live on that estate. Not in that style of house though.od244051 said:

They are in many places in Sheffield. My grandparents used to live in Arbourthorne and there were houses around like this. My great aunt lived in Shire Green in a property like this.RelievedSheff said:

They are pretty generic council houses. We lived in one of the dual aspect 2 bed semi's. Lovely light house just a shame the build quality was so poor and the neighbours and the area left a lot to be desired.od244051 said:

The house we lived in is back up for sale again only 18 months after they bought it. Unfortunately they appear to have ruined it in those 18 months!!0 -

Depends. If by children you mean a cat, then yes, you're alone with this one.NaughtiusMaximus said:
