I do random Streetview images on Mapcrunch. Mapcrunch took me to this property. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-94049120.html Normally, I don't get to see listings for the grotty 'dez rez' properties as not on the market. Well, this one is.

Highlights include the fab wallpaper, carpet overload in pics 13 and 14, the 1970s highchair (17), which goes into a chair and table by folding the legs (table is at the base) and the photo of the aerial shot of the house (18) at the time when the last time some DIY was done!

Wow. I kinda like it but it does conjure up chip fat greasy vibes.

I gave up. Lousy website built for a phone?  Impossible to navigate on a PC.  I would sack the estate agent if they produced a website that loads of buyers could not navigate.

Looks like 50% of the listings on the estate where I  live. Built in the 60s people move in and stay until they die or move into a care home.

It's a bit like that here, built in 1969 and there are 2 couples I know of within a few doors either side and across the road who have owned their houses from new, quite possibly more elsewhere on the estate (there are definitely a fair few other people of the right age to have done so around here).

And they haven't updated their Stamp duty calculator.
Based on a sale price of £475,000 the total amount of stamp duty payable will be:
    £13,750 *

Pic 18 is awful, Showing the refection of a lamp on the glass - why let such a shoddy image show? Worse than pointless.
