The floor plan describes it as a "utility area". Looking at the wall, it appears to be a single skin brick garage with a bit of 'nice' flooring laid down. If you can get past the first 18 photos of the exterior (53! in total), there are a lot of odd styles going on in this house. Cold house with crushed velvet thrown in, worst bathroom tiles I think I've ever seen, wooden decor used in all the wrong ways.

Thankyou for that MaryNB. I started giggling at pic 18 and by pic 44 was crying with laughter. I do agree with your comments about the decor too, the owner seems to have fallen for every passing fad. Is it me or does the kitchen layout remind you of one of those restaurants where you eat on top of the staff?0
