It has some lovely features. I think I would keep that kitchen.
Can't help but feel it is somewhat on the expensive side though. Who on earth pays half a million to live in Great Yarmouth!!

If you pay me £5million, I think I could manage a couple of days per year. 🤣
Oh, wait, that's the going rate for Clacton.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Seedfield Road, Bury BL9, 3 bed semi-detached house for sale, £375,000 | PrimeLocation
If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.3 -
Only has single glazing, so one big expense for a start. Gt Yarmouth isn't just the biggest resort on the East Norfolk Coast, it's the biggest resort on the whole of the Norfolk Coast

One can always make more money. No one who has ever lived can create more time.2 -
The profiles for UPVC double glazing are much thicker than what is there currently. So, the new owner could easily ruin the look of the house completely with the wrong double glazing. They might manage something okay with Aluminium framed glazing.
What's there now looks like Crittall windows, which have become rather fashionable again. And, they look in good nick!
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?2 -
I'm thinking more of the practical side of the Easterly winds blowing right off the North Sea in winter

i haven’t seen it on crittal type windows but secondary magnetic glazing is very popular with conservation people. Also I recently went on a tour of the Sanderson Building in London where they had some super glazing that looked really good and was appropriate for similar windows.

Resort wouldn't be my first choice of words to describe what Great Yarmouth is biggest of to Norfolk!!
