Zoopla estimates the value is £205 k also seems to have lost its garden to a council estate.1 -

As for the price change - I've seen similar. I've saved the property so will see if it sells.

Dunno what's going on in pic 2, feels like you'd be sat in a garage where they'd taken a paint sprayer to the place and called it a "den" or "mancave" or summat.I removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.2 -
