I couldn’t see either. But I don’t know if it!’s just my eyes but the fence panels running down the left hand side on picture 19 don’t look straight. 

The poor dog is locked out in the rain in picture 14. The whispy ghost is in picture 23 near the shed.

No Vehicular access, except by way of an annual licence (which may be refused). Track is only suitable for 4x4s, so getting deliveries is pretty much out of question. And that assumes you can find the track !
