This house was built by my great-grandparents in 1893. In Te Awamutu, New Zealand, the birthplace of singer/songwriters Tim and Neil Finn, of Split Enz and Crowded House.

It's beautiful. Do you have to enquire to find out the price or am I just missing something?RHemmings said:This house was built by my great-grandparents in 1893. In Te Awamutu, New Zealand, the birthplace of singer/songwriters Tim and Neil Finn, of Split Enz and Crowded House.

Auctions and tenders tend to be the default in New Zealand and Australia. And, they aren't seen as a way of selling off a problematic property as they are in the UK. Usually there's some sort of guide price, but not for this one. I've no idea how accurate auction guide prices are, or if they are usually way off like they are in the UK.joho said:
