There is no definition of an "eco house"  One was built near us and when first sold was described as an "eco house"  I think just because it had (very poor) triple glazed windows.  It had an EPC D and 2 susbquent owners told us how high the heating bills were, and it is the first house in  the street for the snow to melt off the roof.

This house went on the market in March for 500K and a few days after it came to rightmove I called the agent and was told they had 30 enquiries about it already. You can pay £2.25m for land with planning permission to build one large house. 

Is this me or is that price totally crazy considering that the house itself hasn’t even been built?

Next door house is showing as 'under offer' with an asking price of £775K. Seems reasonable to be asking for £600K for next door.

Same house 5k difference, presumably one will be reduced by 5k shortly.

Went on market July 23 for 230k, reduced to 220k in October.
then on with the other EA  for 215K

My brother actually stayed there back in the summer (the Norwich one).  He said it was very nice (and the curry house does lush food!).

I'm after having that, it has a grease kitchen so I can put my bike bearings on the stove in the pan of grease!

Oh and it reflects reflections!

 The design is breath-taking with an 'Indoor Waterfall' cascading down the centre of the property reflecting the sunlight and reflections!
