Wow. That looks pretty normal from the outside. Indoor space has been ... maximised, but perhaps there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Parts of it look like a pub to me. Except that most pubs don't have that much space. Someone has certainly made this property their own.Green_hopeful said:0 -
I thought I was looking at photos of a tired working mans club at first. Otherwise so much seating without even an obvious place to put and watch a television?Green_hopeful said:
Pic 16 looks like there is a lift to that room, which would tie with all the other disabled fittings, but no mention in the description and nothing shown on the floor plan.
It is a lot of house for the money, and detached, but would want a lot of work to be a proper home again.1 -
Your options for getting upstairs seem to be that lift, or a breakneck spiral staircase. Hmm 🤔ProDave said:

I think it is slightly funny that there is stained glass on the landing but not much else of the original house.Green_hopeful said:1 -
Wowzer! Back in the day I bet a lot of car keys were thrown into the centre of that sunken, shag-pile seating area.Green_hopeful said:
Pina colada and babychams on tap at the leather, cushioned bar?

And a spiral staircase awaits for one lucky lady

Photos 1 & 2 show normal house, fairly plain garden which could be very nice, then BAM, photo 3 and onwards! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/86572491#/?channel=RES_BUY4

This reminds me that I need to reduce the number of things that I have before moving house.Pippa22 said:Photos 1 & 2 show normal house, fairly plain garden which could be very nice, then BAM, photo 3 and onwards! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/86572491#/?channel=RES_BUY4 -
