Hi
I have bought several clubs online from wish.com (Taylormade M6 irons) which I have discovered to be fake. I informed Klarna - which appears to be the arm to take the money and they have put one payment on hold but have still withdrawn the money for the other clubs. That was a week ago and I have had no communcation from them. What are my options now?
thanks,Shumit
You seem surprised that they were fake.....:rotfl::T
Just watched the youtube.....brilliant0 -
Wish ONLY sells genuine cheap fake sh*t.
Your only option is to process a return which will probably involve you paying return postage.
You are dealing with non UK laws here, so UK consumer rights don’t apply.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Well thanks to everyone for all the sarky comments - I can take it. Where wish.com is based is very difficult to ascertain (anyone know where amazon is based nowadays?) - Happily Klarna is the agent that takes the money and they are based in Sweden and have to comply with certain laws. I have been told my money will be refunded in the next 10 days having submitted pictures of the serial numbers .
Also to those who thought its obvious if clubs are sold for 75% off I refer them to this ad on directgolf which is selling a club for more than 75% off - must be a fake, right?

and if you know anyone who wants to buy a fake set let me know.
cheers!0 -
Mate you bought it off Wish. Like there is nothing more to say. You’d get more credit if you bought it down the pub.2

Bad example given Adams are no longer producing clubs.Shumboom said:Well thanks to everyone for all the sarky comments - I can take it.
