5 in total from yesterday.
What are you doing about them Brown Trout?
How about sending them to the guys responsible for the Govt-led Steering Group looking at the new regulatory CoP? Are you up for that or do you have a better plan?
To the OP, email Steve Clark as advised on that other thread I linked for you before.
I predict the BPA will scrabble to cover this up and CEL will blame a new staff member and an 'admin error'. Not good enough, BPA.
Sanctions for this, surely, it is repeated in too many cases to go under that carpet.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got this from Trading Standards:
Thank you for your enquiry. National Trading Standards is a private company set up to fund national and regional issues and as such does not have any appropriately qualified staff to advise or assist you.
The Citizens Advice Consumer Service provides first tier advice for consumers, this is a government funded service and is different from the local Citizens Advice Bureaux. You can contact this service via the helpline on 03454 04 05 06. They will provide you with advice on your rights and pass details of your complaint on to trading standards where appropriate.
If you are a resident of Scotland, you will need to contact Advice Direct Scotland on 0808 164 6000 and their website address is https://www.consumeradvice.scot/. The service will offer frontline advice and where necessary, pass the case onto the relevant local authority.
If you want to try to contact your local trading standards office directly your local authority contact details can be found by visiting the Help and Advice pages on our website https://www.tradingstandards.uk/consumers by scrolling to the bottom of the page and entering your postcode. If this directs you to the Citizens Advice Consumer Service then you can make contact with trading standards by contacting your local council directly.0 -
It appears that you have written to a private company BT, try your local Council. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
-
You can't usually access Trading Standards yourself. You usually (depending on your council) have to go through Citizens Advice0
