Alamo Brits strange issue

I was just trying to check in on ine with a Alamo booking done on the Brits Guide Page and it fails due to account not associated. The booking looks good on the Alamo uk site but Checkin fails both on the UK page and the insiders members area.

I'm seem to remember reading on "thedibb" that you have to look on Alamo. com site. Might be wrong but it's worth a try. Thedibb is a mine of useful information on these things.

I tried through Alamo.com and got the same result I suspect something has changed since my last rental in December which worked well with the straight to the car option . I rang both Alamo UK and Alamo US and got no sense out of either of them. I have cancelled $1000 worth of bookings with them and moved my business elsewhere
