People like Watchdog, Ombudsman etc. There are some great posts on Trustpilot for them, all verified purchases. Wonderful reviews. Read up on Trustpilot. Rightio wouldn't send me a review form, barred me from Facebook. I am sending them our own report, but much good it will do me. 
Several tradesmen we spoke to will not have their name associated with them.

How many times do the same old companies appear on it.... 
Trustpilot is just as bad. Companies that are known to provide great customer service via awards, only get 1 star.

I'm the 3rd person on this thread that has never heard of this company.
Maybe you should contact one of these consumer programmes to ask them to investigate.

I have written to 'Watchdog' @ the BBC and hold little hope of getting a reply but the sheer volume of complaints online should attract some attention from a consumer rights organisation/programme.

I fully sypathise with your experience....they also tried to get my review deleted from 'Yell' until i proved my case and refused to alter a word of it.
