Short term broadband fix - no contract

My flat is on the market so I don't want to renew my phone/broadband with BT for another two year deal. Is there a way of getting a short term (preferably no contract) alternative with a reliable provider?
My current BT deal runs out this week. Currently paying £23.99 per month for phone line & broadband. In order to maintain that price they want me to re-sign for 24 months otherwise the price increases to over £50 per month.
I'm loathe to take the price increase but don't want to be tied to a long contract before I know for sure where I'll be living.
Any advice on no contract or mobile broadband options would be much appreciated!

No-one will supply you with an internet service without a contract, there is no such thing as "no contract" broadband.
You won't get the 24 month rate without agreeing to a 24 month minimum term. The Now deal given above does the sensible thing and front loads the contract by making you pay all the setup and teardown costs at the start, rather than amortizing them over the duration of a long minimum term.
If your flat sells in a month it will cost you £85 for one month vs BT £50, but if it takes three months £136 vs £150, so how lucky do you feel?Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -
While I was waiting for my broadband to be installed last year I just tethered my phone and used that successfully.
Obviously depends on your requirements but mobile broadband may be the way to goThings that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0
