POPLA appeal rejected!! Not sure what to do now x0

Hope and pray that they take this to court, from you have told us I cannot see how they could possible win a claim for breach of contract, and a judge may well decide that their behaviour is unreasonable and award punitive costs against them.

We would advise that you fight them in Court if they issue court papers from the CCBC in Northampton within 6 years1 -
Thanks D_P_Dance and Redx - sorry for late reply, all this craziness in the outside world had put the ticket out of my mind but it's come creeping back! Trying to work from home full time with 2 kids to look after so been busy! I really don't know what to do about paying - I was only there just over 11 mintues! I read the sign and decided it was too expensive and left! But likewise I'm a bit scared about the idea of court!0

I really don't know what to do about payingThat;s not a 'real' option you know. Don't give it a moment's thought.
We help people beat these scam PCNs and gain life experience and confidence from it as well as a story to tell your kids one day, how you went to court and won and faced it all to beat a scam company, during lockdown.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do not pay them a penny. An MP has stated recently in the HoC that he believes that some of these companies may have links to organised crime. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Thank you - I definitely won't pay in that case on reading these comments - much appreciated! I've written a letter of complaint to my local MP and will follow up with a phone call today.2
