Quick question, just looking through all the documentation I have received from OPS; one of their letters, in which they denied my wife's appeal, states on the back in the 'useful information' section: 'Landowner Authority: Every site with active parking enforcement by One Parking Solution Limited holds a current valid contract with the landowner, managing agent or other authorised persons'...

Doesn't the recent case against them Fruitcake linked to show that this isn't true; and is that something that could help my case when appealing it in court?

Yes, and I won a Vantage Point case last month.  The Judge had several issues with the landowner authority and already knew about the issue.  I hardly had to speak.

You do realise your hearing date letter also tells you that you have to submit your WS & evidence by not less than 14 days before the hearing?  Read it again and where have you been? The NEWBIES thread tells you all about WS & evidence stage and you seem not to have prepared for that vital submission yet?  Look at the examples in the NEWBIES thread and also I think I posted a version in a thread by @Bexon if I recall correctly (which off the top of my head, may well have been the Vantage Point case that I won last month!).

Read that thread. 

Read the NEWBIES thread section on WITNESS STATEMENTS.

OPS will send you a WS as well, or they might discontinue (as mainly happens!).

That's great to hear, as that means their legal right to manage the site is already under question?

I do, which means I need to get it done and sent off by tomorrow. My understanding is that most of these can be sent via email? As to where I've been, it would take several pages to describe what's happened in the last 4-5 months, but suffice to say we've been through the wringer and have had an extremely challenging time (as I'm sure many others have too). That having been said, the Notice of Allocation only arrived just over a week ago; I've had no other communications since the beginning of this year.

Result!!! OPS conks out on the day I was about to submit all the case files (Witness Statement, Exhibits, Supplementary statements). Big shoutout to @Coupon-mad and @ParkingMad for their help in preparing these, they both deserve a medal for all the work they put in to help people on this forum.

I've taken pics of Vantage Car Park (top section)  that I'll link to here for future reference..

We suspected a discontinuance would happen - because OPS didn't bother to submit a WS & evidence - but the victim had spent many wasted hours on this case and is now considering a claim against OPS for the D's distress and loss of time/earnings/leave, which we can also help with.

ANOTHER OPS ONE BITES THE DUST!
