It's the light grey text, which looked to me like it was the heading for the badges underneath. It's actually a clickable link.
I'm actually quite impressed with the level of camouflage. I guess they've got themselves covered.

P.S. Just to update on the (almost) final outcome: After a couple of emails and maybe 5 phonecalls, Merry Parking agreed to honour their stated refund policy for what I'd bought. After another 4 or so phonecalls they actually processed the refund and I received an email from WorldPay to that effect. That was 3 or 4 days ago and I'm now waiting for the money to actually appear on my credit card...0
