Coronavirus effect on property markets?

Gold and silver usually goes up when something bad happens and property is usually inverse correlated to the monetary precious metals.
What will happen to property markets if this coronavirus does keep spreading as it is doing currently?
Probably not a great deal.Official MR B fan club,dont go............................0 -
I remember aids back around the late 80s when I was at uni.
There was a time we all thought within 2 years we’d all know some one who’d died of it.
Didn’t happen. Then we had bird flu, swine flu, sars, Ebola, zikka and whilst some of these have been tragic locally, they haven’t been a global event, so I think those of us who’ve been through x versions of this will remain unworried.0 -
Does anyone know what the impact on uk house prices will be from Rebecca picking Luke on love island.
I’m thinking at least 20% off by Christmas1 -

I knew at least three people very well, who died of Aids. It was very scary at the time for male homosexuals.1 -

There's probably more people knifed in London this year than have so far died of the virus..... and that's not affecting London prices.0

Not so.
69 knife deaths in the whole of 2019 (I note you said this year but those figures won’t be available in Jan).
106 from Coronavirus so far
Maybe not much different from flu or pneumonia though which kills thousands of elderly and/or sick.0
