  • Hi I had  a delivary today from Swtl a dress which I didn't order. I have never heard off Swtl on today. It contained no invoice. It had a return address on it should I send it back. It came via royal mail. I am concerned as swtl has my full name,  address and also royal mail got in touch with me via my mobile. How is this possible if I never ordered it. Can anyone let me know what to do it is very unsettling. Many thanks.

I also rec'd a parcel today (a sheet metal nibbler cutter!!), from this company.
It has a return address of: -
Online Seller - SWTL, Unit 73 Interlink Way West, Bardon Business Park, Bardon Hill, Coalville, LE67 1LD
I have not ordered it and I've no idea how it got to me.
I've checked all my online orders from Ebay, Amazon and Ali Express etc, but there is no sign of this item or the seller anywhere?
So if anyone can help, please do  ;-)

I know it's not Amazon but perhaps the same could apply here.

I had a RM text telling me to expect a SWLT delivery. Hooray I thought, that'll be the ####Plug I ordered in desperation to stem a dirty leak. Sadly it wasn't, but it was the leather EDC belt pouch I had ordered from WWW.NEWCHIC.COM. Hopefully this may help you ascertain the origin of your message, unless that mystery was already solved by a reply I didn't bother to read?

Either way, you all got to have a chuckle at my RawlPlug requirements. 😬

"Just had a delivery from Swtl Bardon Hill for a gear shift cover why in the world would I order something like that"

Howdy-Doo. Off the top of my head, perhaps to cover a gear shift?

Had a delivery today after an alert E mail to say Royal Mail were going to deliver , alert was 2 days back. This was a genuine order i had placed with Bangood. Strange to find (not really) that the goods have it seems been supplied or at least shipped by a third party org here in the uk. In this case all was well though it does beg the question why I was not informed I may get an email alert about a delivery from SWTL.
Have you noticed how little communication is often used in spite of how many forms now exist.
Even OK has been shortened to "K" if you get a response at all.

SWTL is a uk logistics and storage company. Ive had several text messages saying royal mail will deliver an order from them, and it always shows up and it is what I ordered. A lot of overseas companies use it as a uk based warehouse, in my case I ordered from yoins in China who use it as a warehouse so their stock comes from there and so is a lot quicker, I receive my order in about 5 days as opposed to 5 weeks when you usually order from abroad.
  • I do order online occasionally  - I have received constant notices for the past year that my parcel is on the way, usually by Royal mail. It states the date of delivery. Nothing has EVER arrived. I am 74yrs old and could do without all this!!!!!!!
