Thank you for your advice and help on this. Gemma came back to us this week saying that NCP are reoffering £10 charge which we have now paid. They didn’t go for the charity offer. It’s annoying and still leaves a bitter taste considering we had already paid but it’s better than £100+ the charge was at.
