E-mail from NOWTV.COM: 'We're making your monthly broadband package cheaper'

My polite reaction: :rotfl:

I'm paying £25 per month for fibre BB and calls. They want to 'reduce' this to £32 per month. :rotfl: I make that an increase of 28%.

Apparently the proposed 'reduction' is against a rate that I have never paid. So I'll be back to looking for alternative offers when this contract is due to expire.

Silly really.
