    What dont you believe?
    .

That the police did not make a report....

As well given a large lorry and a car spinning across 3 lanes would cause people to stop.

Still I suppose that it's the way people act. Rubberneck and drive on.

Thankfully there are people who will stop. One recently where he dragged the driver out of the car just before it exploded and saved her life. Sadly the car that was right behind had to swerve to avoid the car and simply drove on..
    Life in the slow lane

There's no such thing as a "slow lane".
Yeah there is. It's the lane that's slowest on the motorway. If another lane is faster then that lane cannot be the slow lane can it? And the slowest lane must be the slow lane.

Ah, so because the OP was going slower than the truck, he must automatically have been in the slow lane, no matter which lane he was in?

The description starts to make more sense...

So if we have a 'lane hogger' in lane 3 of 4, and everyone else is passing on either side, lane 3 is the slow lane ....

Yeah, must have been otherwise they'd have been undertaking and I understand that is frowned upon.

There's no requirement to do so, damage only and details exchanged so the road traffic act is complied with.
