Please help with my Daikin altherma heating. About to rip my hair out.

I moved into a council property in September this year. The property came with a Daikin altherma heating system which includes
- water storage tank with attached daikin controller
- solar panels
- an air to heat unit on the roof
And is only an electric property.
Downstairs I have underfloor heating throughout. Upstairs there's a radiator in each room. Downstairs I have 3 room thermostats (hallway, front room, kitchen) and upstairs I have 1 thermostat on the landing to control the whole of upstairs.
When I moved in I had the council come out to try to help me understand the system, which he said I had set up wrong (haven't touched it since moving in) he changed it and after some research I can see he has changed it so the tank is heated at 3am. I am not on economy 7 so this won't save me any money?
I am currently paying around £110 per month with Bulb, apparently the cheapest when I done a comparison on this site. However this is the most money I've ever paid for electric/gas in any property I've lived in. Which makes me think maybe I am not using it correctly.
I've asked daikin to help which they said they could send an engineer round for £200. I declined. And when the council send a heating engineer round they don't really know what they're doing.
I emailed daikin for help, but they haven't replied. If anyone could help me answer at least some of these questions that I have then that would be great. (I've copy and pasted the email I sent them below)
Is it right that you should still get savings in the winter, although they may not be substantial?
The council suggested its cheaper to set the tank to heat up at 3am. Is this correct or are savings only possible if the sun is out?
Is the only savings I will get via heating the hot water tank.
Regarding underfloor heating, is this water pipes, or electrical wires heating up?
The water running through the radiators upstairs, is this water from the tank that's been previously heated and is the same as my hot water that comes out my hot taps, or is this different?
I keep seeing air conditioning. Does this unit allow me to cool my house in the summer as well as heat it in the winter?
If anyone who has this knows a good setting I should put it on pleaseee let me know I am completely at my wits end.

There are masses of links on Google that could help. e.g.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried Google and YouTube but I can't seem to find the same set up as I have at my home. I'm disabled and find it so overwhelming. The council, nor daikin are wiling to help so I was hoping someone here has experience with these and could maybe give me a few pointers.0
