None of this matters, there is no need to wonder how to appeal because it can't win, the entire thing is skewed against motorists and no POPLA is offered.

No posts are needed about which appeal to use, as if it matters. It doesn't.

The only question worth asking is how soon to reply, and the answer is AS LATE AS POSSIBLE as the aim is to get past the 6 months and it's then timed out.

SABA will not cancel it, and the letters will bother you for 6 months and that's it. Their contract doesn't allow them to sue and they can't, because it is allegedly a byelaws penalty which can only be 'laid before Magistrates' within six months of the event, by the the Train Operating Company ('TOC' as seen on other threads).

Nothing new, nothing different, and no update re any ZZPS or QDR letters please. The only thing to take seriously would be a TOC letter saying they are taking the matter to Magistrate's court (I've seen one, just one).

Read plenty of SABA threads to see what happens in the end, and sit tight for 6 months. Appeal and reply if you like, but always on the latest day.

This is Saba so the technique is a little different. An appeal will be rejected. All you have to do is write asking stupid questions for 6 months. Ask why the appeal was rejected and a whole host of other questions.

Once a month is quick enough by snail mail. A byelaws offence (which they state this is) times out after 6 months. 4 letters will easily do it. Easy. They will happily play along/
