I'm looking to move away from Plusnet Mobile as I can't get a reliable signal in my home. Through trial and error I've found that Vodafone is the only network that is reliable at home, so I'm looking for Vodafone-based MVNO to replace Plusnet Mobile. I'm a low volume user (<60 minutes and < 1GB per month), so Lebara looks like the best deal for me, but I have a question: if a need more data for a limited period (e.g. for a few days) is it possible to temporarily upgrade a Lebara plan to one with more data for 30 days, then revert back to the original plan at the next billing date?

  • Have you asked them or even cheked on their website?

They quite probably provide "add ons" or "bolt ons" for extra data which may be purchased. Possibly only last for a month.
