The parking companies have 28 days after they have received your defence to decide and advise CCBC.  What you don't know is when/if CCBC sent your defence to the parking company - yet.

You could ask them when it was sent to the claimant, but my guess is - almost instantly. It takes a couple das usually, and end of feb early march was still fine.
I would ask them why the claim has not been stayed as surelyt eh 28 days for the C to respond has expired

Hi all, I've had a confirmation today that the case has been stayed. How likely is it that they may choose to proceed at a later date from your experience?

Impossible to say but, the key word here is Gladstones ?  
They have tainted their claim by adding fake amounts, the courts know about their fakery. Gladstones should discontinue if they are wise, it's sad that the intelligence they work from is sub standard ...... if it goes ahead, Gladstones will probably get spanked anyway

It costs then £100 to lift the stay
That spend is unlikely. It wipes their profit margin even if tehy win.

ANOTHER UKPS GLADSTONES ONE BITES THE DUST!
 
But keep the paperwork in case the case is lifted from stay.

NB - if it's merely stayed because the court says the C has not paid the hearing fee, quite often the C proves they have and the case gets reinstated).
