No doubt the experts will confirm but I believe that there are a few days left - period to appeal 33 days?
In the newbies re POPLA appeals there is a loooong template re signage.
Para 2 - typo "regulated by the BP(S)´s Code of Practice"
Perhaps others will comment on the actual contents of your appeal.

Win or lose at PoPLA, it is no big deal, all that matters is what a judge decides in court.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

Just to note that I sent in the Popla appeal around 6pm and within 24 hours I received an email from them saying that Premier Park didn't want to contest. So ticket cancelled!No idea if it was my appeal or the MPs letter but something worked.Thanks all!3
