No doubt the experts will confirm but I believe that there are a few days left - period to appeal 33 days?

In the newbies re POPLA appeals there is a loooong template re signage.

Para 2  -  typo "regulated by the BP(S)´s Code of Practice"

Perhaps others will comment on the actual contents of your appeal.

Win or lose at PoPLA, it  is no big deal, all that matters is what a judge  decides in court.

Thank you 1505grandad - I thought I remembered the extra days but no idea where I saw it - I have read through the whole Popla message again but couldn't see it.

Thanks for typo and especially for writing in as I was beginning to think I was doing something wrong.

Just to note that I sent in the Popla appeal around 6pm and within 24 hours I received an email from them saying that Premier Park didn't want to contest. So ticket cancelled!

No idea if it was my appeal or the MPs letter but something worked.
