If there is video should they not send it as part of the SAR request?
Yes, so email a SAR to their data privacy page email. Most PPCs have an email for the DPO specifically for SARs.

I doubt that there will be any video of the vehiclea SAR entitles you to you own personal data, about YOU as the subject, nothing to do with any vehicle, its about the person , YOU0

1. Thank you all. Yes they have an email for Sar requests, that's what I did last time.2. I am only thinking there is video as the Agent stated she saw vehicles parked badly on the day, 'all over the place'. But the only photographic 'evidence' I have seen is my vehicle entering and leaving the car park.3. I too was thinking that video which identifies my vehicle is surely part of my personal data if it is used to obtain my name and address.4. If I don't get to see further evidence then I can't see any point in requesting the info again. If the PCN is based on the fact that the vehicle came in and left at those times then surely they can't prove that it wasn't parked in the leased space?1

What does lease/AST say about parking? Does it mention the need to display a permit? If not then it may take primacy over the self serving TnC of the scammer, and interfere with your lawful right to “quiet enjoyment” of your property, possible an offence under The Landlord and Tenants Acts.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Hello1. I am still here and the PCN still stands.2. I am now preparing my POPLA appeal. Trying to find threads with actual POPLA appeals but every time I search it throws up POPLA decisions.3. I am also looking for #3 in Newbies FAQs but can't see anything marked number 3.Apologies if these are questions that you feel I shouldn't be asking but I have spent an hour looking for both.Meanwhile -4. I have written out a draft PDF to attach to the appeal. Can I add it here for someone to look over? I'd prefer to read some others first but as I said, I can't find them.5. I also have the local MP taking up the case. He has had a letter from Premier Park allowing me to authorise their intervention. The lessee of the parking space where my vehicle was parked has also written to the Agent, The Landlord and Premier Park but so far no joy.Thanks0
