Contradiction of a major fault

What's the point in holding back information? Do you want help or just an argument?

An EML doesn't, I agree. This doesn't matter in the eyes of the consumer rights act. The vehichle presented a fault that subsequently required a major repair, nobody can deny a wiring loom replacement is minor.

This isn't an argument about the safety of the vehicle, but moreso if its satisfactory or fit for purpose, the finance company have the response.

I understand people are on these forums to read between the lines which does provide help.
