Everyone’s been so busy! Fraud flylady reporting in.

Not a lot of flying achieved here today apart from the dailies being squeeeeezed in first thing and after work. I’m now trying to get a replacement app working for all my lists. Having dragged myself into the tech age, the app is soon going to be discontinued. I’m thinking a notebook might just be easier - Round will understand .
Jacwins - I can’t claim credit for this. Sorry but it isn’t metric weights.
6oz butter / marg, 6oz SB sugar, 6oz oats. 7oz plain flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder, 4oz jam. Grease & line 7” square tin. Cream fat & sugar. Stir in dry ingredients. Press 1/2 mix into tin. Melt jam in microwave and spread over the base. Crumble remaining mix on top and press down lightly. Bake at 180 for 20 minutes. Cut into squares and cool in tin. Hope that works.
Back tomorrow when I [STRIKE]hope[/STRIKE] plan to be more productive.

Thank you Valli for the list this week.

Nice to see so many making a good start to the week, and sexymouse nice to see you back.

Got up early to ensure some paperwork was done this morning before my fortnightly appointment. Nothing much to be said at that and hardly worth the process but it is what it is.

Bit of shopping done after, mostly animal food for the dog and the birds. We're still eating up Christmas stuff and only managed to finish the veg yesterday, what a difference a good fridge is. You don't realise how bad the old one is until you get a new one! Now DD has gone back there are only the 2 of us so we eat a lot less and always try and make a big effort to use stuff up out of the freezers in January. DD hates leftovers so they are frozen for quick meals when she is not here. The fridge might get a scrub out tomorrow as I am home all day waiting for a couple of packages.

I have finally finished sorting the shelves in my office to how I want them today just need to make some labels. Then need to sort the last set of drawers and I'll be done in here.

I did a little bit of crafting today and made myself a T-shirt in support of the Australian wildlife Victoria charity. Not my greatest make but it helps me relax so I enjoyed making it.

Cash also updated to make sure no pennies astray and budgets mostly on target.

Bed soon I think then an early start tomorrow.

    See you then
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Morning all

Full day of paid stuff awaits, I need to start early as we are having furniture delivered this afternoon so will take time off for that. They’ve given a 3 hour slot so hopefully not too much waiting around.

Bathroom was fully done on Sunday so I am going to do dailies and some extras today. DH will be out this evening again, I should use the time for some catching up on admin and paperwork.

First step, cuppa and breakfast... have a good day all x
  • Sadly, didn't manage the list yesterday - neither DH or I was in the mood. There's always next week.

Not sure much will get done tonight as it's SW night, but we'll see.

Morning all. In theory I should get flying done today as first meeting is not till 2.30.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning all.

The bathroom here had a clean on Sunday so the en-suite will get the list treatment today. DD wants some furniture jigging in her room so I have also promised to do that. Will no doubt be followed by a thorough vacuum and web hunt in that particular corner.

I have to go to small town this afternoon for errands and 2 collections. I’m hoping I’ll have a bag for a cs drop off at the same time. I’ve still managed to avoid a proper grocery shop since Christmas apart from milk and bread, so I’m hoping I can make this effort last until next week.

Back later. Have a lovely day all.
