Thanks. The links work now. Is there any way to post the images directly?

There is but new users can't until they have over thirty posts or so and have been here a few months. All that is usually needed is to click on the "Insert Image" icon just above each thread, delete the http:// that is auto populated there then insert the URL and submit.
The required icon looks like a yellowish envelope but is actually supposed to represent mountains and the sun.

If this gets to court, which hopefully it won't, look out for Britannia's split personalities. They sometimes have a contract as Britannia Group but issue the PCN as Britannia Parking, which are actually two separate companies according to companies house.
There is a case linked in beamerguy's "abuse of process" thread about a poster who won in court for this very reason.

    Sarcasm alert.

That's a cracker of an entrance sign. I can't see any reason for a motorist to miss the Ts and Cs.

That's definitely one to send to the brewery CEO.

Understood. Was hoping for some feedback on the pictures. I'd like to see if I have a case for appeal before my 14 days is up. Wondering if I should just pay the £60 and remove the stress.

EDIT, Just as I posted I see a response! Thank you.

So the first accessible links were posted at 3:04pm today and by 7:04pm you hadn't had a response? Have you noticed how busy this forum is? Fewer than a dozen regulars in total, most days only around half that number active at any one time, and yet no one responded?

Why not take out the MSE Platinum Service subscription to activate 24/7 instant response whenever you post?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No-one pays. This is not even an option.

Of course the t&cs are unreadable. We can all see the problem and we've only looked at that first photo. Send it to the CEO of the pub chain and rant (politely) and get the unfair PCN cancelled.

On this forum we reply all the time. If we don't, just ask us a question. But not ''shall I pay?'' Do not wait for thread/post notifications; you need to be coming to this forum (and reading LOTS of threads, most days, and learning from them) till this is cancelled.

Obviously no-one would pay that parking charge. Posters have said what to do first.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't use your third photo. Bin it.

But embed the other three photos into the POPLA appeal word document, not as separate POPLA uploads, to make it read like an illustrated story. IT SHOULD BE LOOONG.

Copy those linked in post #3 of the NEWBIES thread but not the one with the truly terrible ungrammatical intro - we don't want to ever see a POPLA appeal again that starts ''I, the registered keeper...received this/that...'' (ouch, never have ''I'' followed by a comma!).

You will see what I mean when you see the examples, and the rest of that appeal example is good. Just ditch the intro!

But exhaust the complaint FIRST as the POPLA code will last 30+ days, so plenty of time.

Does the NTK have the words from 9(2)f of the POFA Schedule 4; you must check that?
