Sky message help please

Hi


I'm trying to use Sky message to get a new deal but I'm stuck in an earlier message window.
I closed an earlier seesion and did the survey but every time I try and login to re-start a conversation I find myself back in the old one. Does anyone know how to do this please?

Try clearing cookies and history .

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I had tried the cookies and different browser options without success but I ended up using their retentions number by text which is a lengthy process but ended working well.

For future reference (and purely from memory) that's how it works. You just type in a new message and someone will pick it up.
