Eviction and what’s nexted

Good morning.

My tenant got evicted last Monday. Problem is she only took a bag and left everything when I mean everything the beds are made etc. I have agreed to let her come tomorrow with her removal company(don’t think there’s one). What do I do? Time wise? I can’t be bothered sitting there all day after 7 months of no rent it’s like your taking the !!!!. She keeps saying I’m homeless I’m homeless I need 2 days

Advice ? Personally I would bin bag the lot but ?

Well the locks will have already been changed, won’t they?

If she tries to squat call the police, show them the eviction paperwork when they arrive, but you really should stay in the house the whole time she’s there. Bring a camping chair and a good book!

You go to the estate agents and get it sold because you are incapable of being a landlord.

I can't be bothered to read the other thread again, but wasn't she buying a house? I hope you pursue a CCJ for all costs involved

Why a new thread?

    I don't see the problem.

    You specify a time-frame that suits you eg 2 - 3 PM.
You have, presumably, already changed the locks.
You will, presumably, be there when she comes (and if you can't you'll send a friend, agent etc with keys).
If she fails to come by 3 PM you leave (locking up behind you, and follow the advice in the other thread here.
