Good morning.
My tenant got evicted last Monday. Problem is she only took a bag and left everything when I mean everything the beds are made etc. I have agreed to let her come tomorrow with her removal company(don’t think there’s one). What do I do? Time wise? I can’t be bothered sitting there all day after 7 months of no rent it’s like your taking the !!!!. She keeps saying I’m homeless I’m homeless I need 2 days
Advice ? Personally I would bin bag the lot but ?

Well the locks will have already been changed, won’t they?
If she tries to squat call the police, show them the eviction paperwork when they arrive, but you really should stay in the house the whole time she’s there. Bring a camping chair and a good book!0 -
You had advice on your post earlier this week
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6073991/what-next-after-eviction-order
It's easier to stick to one thread0 -
I can't be bothered to read the other thread again, but wasn't she buying a house? I hope you pursue a CCJ for all costs involvedAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Why a new thread?
I don't see the problem.
You specify a time-frame that suits you eg 2 - 3 PM.
You have, presumably, already changed the locks.
You will, presumably, be there when she comes (and if you can't you'll send a friend, agent etc with keys).
If she fails to come by 3 PM you leave (locking up behind you, and follow the advice in the other thread here.0 -
finally all done and dusted. Everything is out. Silly women as flooded the bath water damage downstairs but ey. Quick turn around and should be back on the market thanks everyone0
