Won a holiday to Orlando with Smooth in May - had the call whilst out shopping -went on the radio and spoke to Kate Garraway (was prompted with the answer before I went live) - prize includes five star hotel, flights, 2 tickets to Kennedy Space centre, car hire, travel insurance for 5 nights. In talks after with the PR company it was agreed that we are allowed to add on our seven year old son and extend the time and we will pay the additional cost.

Life however has a habit of throwing a curveball....we were hoping to book this in November for next October...my husband had been suffering a bad back for quite some time...it has since been diagnosed as multiple myeloma (Bone Marrow cancer). Although the last thing on our minds...I recently contacted the person I was dealing with...she has been brill and is going to speak to Global as it is exceptional circumstances - she will come back to us nearer the time of date we must book it by (according to T and Cs) - if nothing can be done although a shame we haven't really lost anything as we didn't fork out any money!

I missed out on a holiday to Majorca offered by Heart radio by not answering the phone with the correct word.
Ever since then I keep a written note of all specific competition entry words/ cash amounts and a reminder of the station, with date and time of expected call.

I have won £1000 with Kiss radio.

Topsy73 very sorry to hear about your husband and I hope that treatment will sort him out, MrNellie was the same a few years back with a different cancer and although it was hard he got through it take care and I hope that they give you a monetary substitute instead with it being exceptional circumstances

Won £23803.17 from Hits Radio England Cash Register last March. Got the call (caller number shown as BLOCKED) at 3.05pm, edited version transmitted at 3.30pm. Entered using free web form. Second call around 5pm to get bank details, money in bank within 24 hours.

May have totally messed up a second win, though family keep on telling me it's most unlikely. After the 6 months Bauer ban, started entering again and so did wife, now somewhat persuaded that my hobby can reap amazing rewards. At 3.16pm one day her phone rang, she was in another room so I tried to answer but unfamiliar with her phone was stabbing and swiping at that little green dot and killed the call inadvertently. Listened to the broadcast and around 3.30pm the call went through to a number where it rang three times then went dead. Coincidence? I REALLY hope so!

£2,000 three years ago, Husbands phone he was at work but answered (didn't have to say anything special at the time) was with Hallam FM
took a while to go into account but got there in the end

A couple of years ago, I won £2000 cash with Radio City. We had to hotfoot it to Liverpool to pick up the notes.

Several years previous to that, I won just under £2000 with Dickinson's Real Deal.

I won £1000 from Classic FM a couple of years ago - just had to choose my favourite music. Then another £1000 from Capital (I think) last Christmas, had to go on air for a chat for that, and a £100 Tesco gift card from Kiss in this year's Advents.

I have won £4000 from Absolute Radio last March and then after Bauer ban finished, on 26th Nov I won £9442 from Greatest Hits Cash Superstars. I am very lucky I think entered with online free entry. Had to say the artist of a day in both comps.
With Absolute I won on Friday and received the prize on Monday. With Greatest Hits Radio I had to wait over 2 weeks to received. Fingers crossed for all of ya!

I won £3,566 on Kiss Radio a couple of weeks ago My first Bauer win I think (the 6 month ban now is giving me plenty of extra time on my hands)

I only ever enter via the free entry route ie online. I entered this one just before the closing time at 5pm with my first entry about 16.30 and last entry at 16.58. I got the call at 5.02 and I had Kissmas number in my phone from the comp a few years ago and that is the number that came up on my phone when they rang. I was put through to the presenter and they played my call on air at around 17.30. Got another call back before 6 for my bank and address details. Money was in my account next day. :T
