I have received a pcn for parking by gateway house by picadilly station in Manchester. Now I have appealed it directly to them but it was declined so I took it further with theias.org and it's again been rejected. Please note they want off me £100 and no way want to pay this. Now I am trying to use these parking fines companies to see if they can help me further, any thoughts on this?

Yes, it will cost you dearly.
Read any review sites before going down that road. e.g. trustpilot.

You would be better served by fighting it yourself with out help.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and has been known to get the charge cancelled.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Parking appeals firm and forums really are horses for courses. There are about 6 or 7 appeals firms out there in the UK
Like a lot of things in life you can do a lot if stuff for free instead of paying someone or some company to do it.
People chose these companies as it's a balance between time spent or paying out a small fee.
I am not going to promote or denigrate any appeals firm or say people should or shouldnt use them. They are just an alternative choice which some people prefer.. others baulk at the idea of paying to appeal a ticket.
If you have paid a firm I hope you get good service or if not you can get help on here.
I would point out that UKCPS dont issue many court claims
If declined at the IAS expect letters from Debt Recovery Plus. At the moment UKCPS do all their claims in house so just sit tight.

MP = your Member of Parliament

...and you should be writing to him/her along the lines suggested by The Deep.
• MP - Member of Parliament. You can look up online to see who yours is.

IDKWYM, IIRC IRL people use acronyms with no idea of what they stand for. Just my observations, YMMV.
