Two NMC directors recently sold £374M worth of NMC shares for £12 a share (after market close).
Guess who bought them.

But why are the directors dumping stock at £12 if they believed it might be £15 in a couple of days? Suggests they know something and the current price is overvalued unless they just had a few unexpected bills to pay.0
