No the online web site. The App may have limited functions.

Just logged in through my laptop and when I go to cards, request a balance transfer it says ring number back of card to do this. What a joke lol.
  • I don't why I posted the answer, if you were not going to listen...

You're telling me one of the biggest banks in the world wants people to phone then if they wanna do a balance transfer while everyone else does it online?

You know this is Natwest you're talking about, right?

You didn't exactly choose a digital market leader.

You have to ring them up. I had the same issue.

It's hardly an "issue". Not even worthy of a goodwill gesture! ;)

They’ve given me over £10k fee and interest-free. I reckon it was worth a couple of phone calls.

Is it really such a big deal having to do the balance transfer over the phone?

Yep, you definitely have to ring them. I had the same problem, and was similarly surprised there wasn't a way to do it online.

I phoned last week to do a BT last week from AMEX to Natwest. No problem doing that, I received a phone call not long after from them to confirm it was me who had requested the balance transfer.
