How do you do a balance transfer with NatWest CC?

Hi. I got my NatWest credit card today. I signed up for the 0% balance transfer card and can transfer a balance from another card within first 3 months and get 0%. When I signed up it said I could do transfer now or a later date. I did later date, now that I have the card how do I actually do a balance transfer? I've looked at my NatWest app, the only option for the card there is pay now. Where the transfer option?

Like I'm so confused right now. Surely you can do a balance transfer online for NatWest right?

All help appreciated.

You can probably do it online, just not in the app. Have you tried the website?

Yep. The app is basically the same as the website. The same way logging in. And it shows the credit card but only pay now option. Nothing else. Like how would I even check if I have a direct debit set up with the credit card? This can't be right.

Click "cards" on the left of the screen.
Then select request balance transfer on the manage your credit card bit.
  • I just asked the question on the NatWest website: How can I do a balance transfer to my credit card?

    And it answered:
To make a balance transfer, please call the number on the back of your card and we will be able to do this over the phone.

On the app? There is no cards on the left hand side. Just 3 lines. Soon as you go into aap there is my bank account and below it my credit card balance.

No the online web site. The App may have limited functions.
