Plusnet £50 MasterCard issue

Hello lovely people,
Last April my partner and I took a 12 month sim only contract with Plusnet mobile. Promotion at that time was 5gb for £11,50 a month and £50 MasterCard. The instructions how to claim the card should of been send by email within a month but that never happened so I have started chasing them. Now they are saying that there was no such promotion. I cannot find the link/website on internet so was wondering if anyone have any I do?
