The parking ticket was in 2016, My memory isn’t that good and they would have asked me first to take the payment from my wage, all procedures were followed correctly, the company I work for have all my correct details therefore have no reason to give an Address I used to live at with the incorrect post code, there has been absolutely no correspondence to myself or the company I work for regarding this, they would have advised me of the ticket, Iv agreed for them to pay, which they have in time, that’s that really i can’t understand how Iv been give a CCJ in the first place, maybe an admin error on the parking companies side therefore they should sort this out really

OK , lets thing logicly here , the parking co did not know who the driver was , in fact they sent ticket to your company , as such only your company knew the drivers name . its not as if parking co stuck a pin in a phonephone and picked a name at random

as stated before , your name and (partial) address has come via your employer ,
  • I have emailed their solicitors again as suggested in the above, gave deadlines etc and still no response
I have now contacted my own solicitor and will request to set aside without consent
I will keep you updated on the outcome
